Over the years, Daikin has gained its prestigious reputation of being the leading Air Specialist in Malaysia, especially their air conditioners and air purifiers that are of top-notch quality.
Since Daikin provides professional after-sales services, I designed their web application for their service providers and internal staff.
Service providers are Daikin's third-party technicians, professionally trained and qualified to serve Daikin's customers. They should easily self-onboard to submit their application to become a certified service provider for Daikin.
As for the company's internal staff, they use this product to track and manage these applications, generate reports, and keep track of all their active service providers.
